At Mylee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty essentials, so we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products. For hygiene reasons, items that have been opened or had their security seals broken cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your products to prevent damage during transit, ideally using the original shipping box, and attach the generated return label.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
